Sotto Holiday Box OLIVE OIL

Terre di Varano, Certified Organic (BIO) Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced, for Sotto Sotto, on the Terre di Varano farm, situated on the hilltops of Pescara, in close proximity to the Adriatic sea. The location offers the olive trees a natural mist of sea salt, and sun as well as spring water from the surrounding Majella and Gran Sasso mountains. Olives are grown, picked, milled and packaged on-site removing all unnecessary handling. This is referred to as Closed Cycle Farming.

The result is a very distinct texture and flavour to the oil as well as a very low acidity level.

The gentle and aromatic extra virgin olive oil is a must in every kitchen. Chefs particularly love this extra virgin olive oil because of its ability to blend with other foods, not overpowering specialty dishes, hence fundamental to any culinary creation.

The slight sediment is a result of the natural process in which the product was decanted and produced. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
