Our famous Arrabbiata sauce used at Ristorante Sotto Sotto for 30 years is based on mamma Laura's Roman recipe, using the finest ingredients including our exclusive Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Abruzzo.
Our sauces are made and jarred in-house in small batches with traditional fine ingredients and no preservatives - all jars have a made-on-date label.
Our Arrabbiata is a hot, tangy and spicy sauce deriving nuanced flavour from the San Marzano tomatoes, heat from ground chill flakes with our secret Sotto spice mix, and featuring our exclusive extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo.
